The ends were replaced using the new ford style ends. The bearings and seals are all new. The rear end is TIG welded for added strength. 2. Strange Engineering aluminum coil over shocks part of the chassis engineering 4 link kit. These are fully adjustable and the ride height of the car can be adjusted around 4 - 6 inches up or down. This is done via the shock adjustment and the mounting location options for the lower shock support. 3. Part of the .030 aluminum floor that is installed throughout the entire floor of the car. This is riveted together in all locations and sealed with silicone weather proof sealer. All of the aluminum panels are beaded to help with structural integrity and noise. 4. Mandrel bent
2” X 3” frame rails, 4130 chrome moly rod ends on all of the
links. Quick release drive shaft loop welded to frame. Bolt-On diagonal
link to help with side to side sway. Upper shock cross member MIG welded
to mount shocks. The main part of the frame is made from 3" x 3"
box tubes welded to the front sub frame. There are numerous 1"x1"
and 2"x2" tubing used to shore up everything and for seat mounting
areas. I paid Chassis Engineering to weld everything before they shipped
the back half frame to ensure structural integrity. This car leaves straight

this is not for sale.. : ) 7. Wilwood disc brakes with calipers and rotors installed using hardened grade 8 bolts. The brake lines are all new on the entire car. These brakes have the vented rotors for street driving and to reduce fade. Go to the Wilwood web site to see more specific information on these brakes. 8. 4" mandrel bent Exhaust that is mig welded in all locations. It is also wrapped with heat wrapping to keep temperatures cool near the rear tire. This wrapping is also applied near any floor locations. I have also installed reflective matting on the underside of any heat prone areas to reduce inside cabin temperatures. 9. Location of the Aeromotive fuel pumps. These pumps are installed on a custom made mounting bracket and are isolated with rubber grommets to cut down on vibration in the car.
